Hi Noor,

The author has clearly translated the meaning in English "The Gods reside where women are worshipped (respected)"

"here is a very famous Sanskrit saying which says ‘यत्र नार्यस्तु पूज्यन्ते रमन्ते तत्र देवताः । ‘which means, ‘The Gods reside where women are worshipped (respected)."

It was the author's point of view so we have to keep it the way it was.
